LANDLORD SERVICES – MEES COMPLIANCE SUPPORT

UK government regulations require landlords to improve the energy efficiency of rental properties. Starting in 2028, all rental homes must meet the updated Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) to be legally let. To comply, properties must achieve an EPC rating of C or above. Landlords who fail to meet these requirements may be unable to rent out their property and could face government fines and enforcement action.
